Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to schedule appointments at times convenient for our patients. We value your time and, with the exception of emergencies, are on time for you. It is our practice to call and confirm your appointment prior to your visit. Please call us in advance if there is any change in your schedule that will prohibit you from attending your scheduled appointment.

Your payment will be due at the time of service; this includes insurance co-payments. We are happy to accept cash, personal checks or Visa/MasterCard and Discover.

We will gladly assist you in obtaining the maximum allowable coverage for your insurance benefits and determining the proper co-payments. Please remember that the total contribution by the insurance company is determined by a contractual agreement between your employer and the insurance group and we have no control over this agreement. Our treatment and care is given based on your needs and not on the amount of your insurance coverage. If you have questions regarding the terms of your insurance plan, we suggest contacting your insurance provider prior to your scheduled appointment.

We use every protection when is comes to infection control at our facility. We follow all procedures recommended by OSHA, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency and the Center for Disease Control. These measures include, but are not limited to:

Disinfectant hand soap
Gloves and Face Masks
Sterilization of all equipment before every use
Chemical disinfection of countertops and surfaces
Safe Disposal of all materials
